This was our only special issue. Well, kind of.
Originally, it was supposed to focus solely on trains, but since we had 24 pages instead of the usual 20, we decided to include other moving objects as well. And thanks to people behind Helsinki Graffiti, we got a short interview included. From the Finnish graffiti legends Astron and Ray 52.
Looking back, this was the hardest issue to gather material for. From what we remember, over half of the photos were borrowed — and had to be returned to their owners as soon as the issue rolled off the press. Back then, people only developed a limited number of photos, and not many had spares lying around. Now, more than 30 years later, even fewer of those photos are available.
