This is the first issue made in the European Union. True — since January 1st, 1995, Finland has been part of the mighty Union of Europe, the EU.
The changes this brings to the graffiti scene in Finland are basically none: the police are still chasing graffiti writers, paints are far too expensive, winter is still as bitchy as always, and the writers keep on painting. In other words, there are no big visible changes ahead.
But anyway, here in Finland there’s been enough action happening to put together Radioactive Issue 7!

The original magazine contained more photos than are presented here. For example all the photos from Estonia ’94 are missing. If we ever find ’em, will post ’em here later. The texts, short as they are, remain about 90% faithful to the originals.
